Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel or conference Catering/Sales Assistant role.
• Understanding cross-team functions and ability to manage processes.
• Strong problem-solving and metrics-driven thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new accounts while maintaining existing ones.
• Assist with achieving monthly revenue booking goals.
• Prepare and distribute reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Respond to inquiries and route calls to the appropriate team.
• Prepare and distribute contracts, BEOs, and reports as directed.
• Coordinate room blocks and banquet space; set up and clear events.
