Trump National Doral Miami is seeking a Retail Storeroom Supervisor to oversee the acceptance, distribution, and inventory of retail merchandise for hotel guests and operations. You will supervise staff, verify invoices, and ensure timely delivery to outlets.

This role requires basic math and computer skills, proficiency in Word/Excel, and the ability to use electronic ordering systems. A high school diploma and previous supervisory hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Two years college level education preferred.
• Experience supervising associates in hospitality preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills to order items and track deliveries.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the acceptance and distribution of all parcel deliveries for hotel guests and operations.
• Maintains updated and organized information on shipping, receiving, and inventory of retail items.
• Oversees inventory process and reconciles PO and invoice records to Trump standards.
• Interviews, selects, trains, and supervises staff including cost control and discipline.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient operations and timely merchandise delivery.
• Verifies incoming/outgoing products and inspects for quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of receiving areas.
• Communicates with vendors regarding discrepancies on invoices and deliveries.
