Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Receiver to manage dock receiving, ensuring quantity and quality, and directing the delivery of orders across the resort. You will verify packing lists and assist with returns and breakage, coordinating with Purchasing and the Food & Beverage team.

This role requires a high school graduate with hospitality shipping/receiving experience and forklift certification. You will log packages in the Opera system, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and complete

Qualifications

• High school graduate or Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous hospitality shipping/receiving experience required.
• Forklift certification is required/preferred depending on site.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and check quantity, quality, and condition.
• Compare packing lists and invoices with purchase orders.
• Direct storeroom/dock staff to deliver orders on a preset delivery schedule.
• Log incoming packages and verify recipients in the Opera system.
• Process outgoing shipping and complete daily receiving reports.
