Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the Westin Raleigh Durham Airport property to help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will work with the Executive Housekeeper to guide and support housekeeping staff, conduct daily inspections, and help train team members. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within CMC Hotels.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience as inspector/ supervisor is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Document inspection results and notify housekeeping staff of deficiencies.
• Coach and support staff to meet brand and company standards.
• Assist with room attendant assignments and daily housekeeping operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and life-safety procedures.
