CMC Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant for SpringHill Suites Raleigh/Cary in Cary, North Carolina. The role focuses on maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and delivering warm hospitality in alignment with Westin brand standards.

The position supports a guest-centric experience, with duties including cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation procedures, and proper cleaning techniques is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Westin and CMC Hotels brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and thoroughly clean all guest room areas, including bathrooms.
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
• Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Position Summary

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, twisting, and climbing.
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
