Qualifications

• Travel extensively to audit multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from assigned communities.
• Conduct discreet audits of service quality.
• Interact with associates to gauge experiences.
• Prepare and submit audit reports after each visit.
• Inspect lobby/concierge areas for improvement.
• Coordinate auditing teams across shifts.
