Responsibilities

• Travel to and from assigned communities to conduct audits.
• Conduct discreet and impartial audits of service experiences.
• Pose as a regular guest or prospective resident to evaluate interactions.
• Engage with associates by phone and in person to gauge service quality.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Inspect lobby/concierge areas to detect concerns and improvement areas.
• Complete and submit an audit report after each visit.
• Maintain high energy, honesty and motivation in audit tasks.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.
• Be proactive and handle multiple assignments across shifts.
