Discovery Land Company seeks a Purchasing & Receiving Clerk for Makena Golf & Beach Club in Maui to manage inventory, verify deliveries against POs, and support the procurement team. The role involves receiving shipments, storing items, and coordinating with kitchen and F&B staff on monthly inventories.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, basic MS Office skills, and familiarity with warehouse operations, including WMS and forklift use. Flexibility for shifts is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in purchasing or warehouse in a hotel/hospitality or resort environment preferred.
• MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations of the Purchasing Department.
• Assist with receiving and storeroom operations.
• Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and route to departments as needed.
• Maintain inventory counts and participate in monthly inventories with kitchen and F&B staff.
• Ensure safety policies and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors and management on requisitions and deliveries.
