Job summary

redfish solutions ltd represents a globally recognised hospitality-focused architectural practice seeking a Project Architect / Technical Designer with circa 9-11 years' experience. You will bridge concept design and delivery on high-profile hospitality projects.

You will lead technical coordination, produce draw packages and BIM models (Revit), and mentor junior staff, ensuring builds meet brand standards and codes from early design through construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Approximately 9-11 years of professional experience within architecture.
• Hospitality or destination-led design experience is highly desirable.
• Strong technical expertise with a collaborative, design-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Produce and oversee high-quality drawing packages and BIM models, with a strong focus on Revit.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and hospitality brand standards.
• Support project delivery across all phases, from concept through to construction.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to QA/QC processes.
