Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations: assist with purchasing materials and researching prices
• Process and verify deliveries: accept all purchased products, checking against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications
• Fulfill requisitions: issue and deliver items to departments, maintain stock levels and notify supervisors of low or out-of-stock items
• Process invoices: receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents, follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment
• Assist with inventory tracking: conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems, report shortages or discrepancies
