Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and sanitation of tables, counters, floors, and beverage stations.
• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned during peak service times.
• Transport dishes safely from front to kitchen using trays or carts.
• Washing dishes and maintaining sanitation; support smooth service flow.
• Receive heavy deliveries and move items to storage while observing safe lifting.
• Follow HACCP standards and assist with proper presentation and serving temperatures.
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
