Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, private club, or other hospitality environment preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen workspaces and dishwashing areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils to established standards.
• Ensure clean equipment and serviceware are available to support operations.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, drains, and designated areas per sanitation procedures.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost and maintain clean waste areas.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report low inventory or maintenance needs.
