Job summary

Ci Siamo Boston, a Union Square Hospitality Group restaurant, is building its opening team in the Seaport area. We seek a Porter to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, washing pots and pans, and ensuring sanitation standards.

You will collaborate with the kitchen crew, learn SOPs, and contribute to teamwork and on-time station turnover. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen support position within full-service restaurant
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods
• English fluency; additional languages preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and an unwavering care for guests and food safety
• Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers in good shape
• Learn and retain standard operating procedures for sanitation duties
• Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and station turnover
