Union Square Hospitality Group's Broadway Lounge and Revel & Rye in the Marriott Marquis Times Square are seeking a Porter to help maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen and dining areas. You will support ware washing, equipment upkeep, and sanitation while learning SOPs and contributing to a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will join a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, collaborating with culinary teams and front-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen support position
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• English fluency (additional languages preferred)

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and care for guests and food safety through ware washing and maintenance
• Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers in good shape and returned to storage
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for sanitation duties and cleaning schedules
• Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient station turnover and end-of-shift breakdown
