This is a full-time remote role for a Tier 1 Hospitality PBX Technician. The role involves supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting VoIP systems within hospitality environments. The PBX Technician will handle the provisioning and maintenance of SIP trunks and ensure the smooth operation of hosted cloud services. The technician will provide remote support, resolve technical issues, and conduct upgrades to improve system performance.
