Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within three rings and direct to appropriate departments.
• Dispatch guest calls via radios or devices to relevant teams.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services and local area.
• Log and manage calls in the HOT SOS system and follow up as needed.
• Perform concierge duties including restaurant reservations and activities.
• Maintain organization and familiarity with resort outlets and events.
• Participate in emergency procedures and safety protocols.
