Lucky Strike Entertainment in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts, and to flex into roles as needed while building a high-performing team focused on hospitality.

You will drive revenue through service excellence and upselling, recruit and develop hourly leaders, and manage labor, costs, and inventory to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading restaurant/hospitality or high-volume ops.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales.
• Experience training hourly staff and leading teams.
• Strong guest-service orientation and accountability culture.
• Solid P&L, labor and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across F&B, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams.
• Manage labor, costs, and inventory, and meet daily targets.
• Resolve guest issues in real time and uphold service standards.
• Ensure center readiness during high-volume shifts.
