Job summary

Noble 33 is seeking an Operations Manager to translate brand standards into daily execution at our Kansas City venues. You will lead a designated team, drive service quality, and manage cost controls in partnership with the General Manager and Executive Chef.

We value hands‑on leadership, team development, and the ability to scale operational fundamentals across multiple outlets within our growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of management experience, preferably in upscale dining or lifestyle hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, health regulations, and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing team members across operations and culinary teams.
• Develop working proficiency across all front‑ and back‑of‑house functions and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain consistent service and presentation across all guest touchpoints and address guest concerns promptly.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight, and assist with audits.
