Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) Mayport seeks an Assistant to the General Manager of NHG NF4 to ensure lodging operations are efficient, profitable and compliant with DoD standards. The role supports strategic oversight of guest services, housekeeping coordination, inventory management, and staff supervision across TDY/PCS guests.

Responsibilities include operating a professional DoD lodging facility, managing reservations, reporting deficiencies, and ensuring safety and security.

Qualifications

• 3 years of administrative/operational experience in hospitality or related field.
• One year of specialized experience in hotel/institutional management or related service industry management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in operating a professional DoD lodging operation.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and oversee staffing for areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety compliance with relevant departments.
