Job summary

Bluegrass Hospitality Group is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations within a defined area such as Training, Service, Bar, or Kitchen. You will report to the store’s Managing Partner and help uphold our 100% Guest Satisfaction standard.

The role emphasizes team leadership, operational controls, and guest-focused service to ensure an exceptional dining experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education or Experience – Minimum of one-year related experience; or one year certificate from college or technical school in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Training Program – Participation in Core Values Training Program at 1 or more locations; travel may be required; hotel accommodations covered by BHG.
• Language Skills – Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish encouraged.
• Computer Skills – Basic computer knowledge; proficient with Word/Excel; knowledge of Toast/7Shifts encouraged but not required.
