Master Concessionair, LLC is seeking an experienced MCA Manager to oversee restaurant, bar, fast food locations, and markets. You will assist the General Manager in daily operations, lead FOH/B0H staffing, training, and performance management, and drive revenue with cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and compliance across multiple brands.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/assistant manager experience, preferably full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and impact on business results.
• Experience in guest relations, negotiations, and complaint handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to service of customers, staff, co-workers, and management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead by example.
• High integrity and honesty.

• Ability to work full time hours to manage the operation, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist GM in all day-to-day restaurant operations including BOH and FOH staffing, training, and performance documentation.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand procedures.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and act as a role model for staff.
• Lead pre-shift and post-shift meetings and communicate with staff.
• Record deliveries and reconcile inventories with purchase orders.
• Maintain stock and display of food, beverages, and bakery items; ensure proper storage temperatures.
• Complete daily reports reflecting MCA/Brand procedures and documentation.
• Suggest and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and end-of-night reporting are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across restaurant, market, and bar areas.
• Monitor waste, transfers, and promotional stock; document discrepancies.
• Oversee staff orientation, training, development, and performance management.
• Schedule weekly staff hours within budget and ensure fair distribution of hours.
• Identify staff strengths and areas for development; address performance issues.
• Ensure punctuality and appropriate attire; maintain service standards.
• Communicate staff performance and training needs to GM.
• Deal with guest complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Coordinate with GM to ensure smooth operation and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain total accountability for labor costs, budgets, and projected costs.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure storerooms/loading areas are organized.
