Job summary

Kasa is a tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand that partners with property owners to deliver stylish, professionally managed stays. You will lead a multidisciplinary, on-site team to exceed guest expectations and drive profitability across assigned properties.

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will spend the majority of time onsite, collaborate with partners, and translate Kasa’s core values into everyday actions that elevate service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management experience.
• Proficiency with property management systems and other core hospitality software.
• Ability to drive guest experience scores (GSS, NPS, or brand metrics).
• Comfortable hiring and developing high performers.
• Strong financial acumen to interpret data and drive performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet Kasa standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B.
• Drive operating profit per unit via revenue growth and cost controls.
• Monitor guest feedback and eliminate recurring issues.
• Champion service and operational excellence in a hospitality model.
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors and the community.
