Job summary

Too Sweet Cakes is opening a Paradise Valley location in Fall 2026 and seeks an experienced Hospitality & Operations Manager. You will lead from the floor, run a tight operation, and build a team that makes every guest feel like the most important person in the room.

You will work directly with ownership, enjoying trust, autonomy, and support to do this right. You’ll recruit, train, and develop a team that embodies genuine warmth and hospitality, while managing daily operations, P&L, and vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality, guest experience, or a service environment with consistently high standards.
• Belief that hospitality is an active, intentional act of making guests feel seen, valued, and cared for.
• Servant leadership that removes obstacles for the team so they can serve guests.
• Leads from the floor and performs tasks alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ownership to prepare the Paradise Valley location for a culture-first launch.
• Recruit and hire a hospitality-first team.
• Lead pre-opening training focused on guest experience and the why behind service.
• Establish service workflows and daily rhythms for excellence and human connection.
• Build relationships in the Paradise Valley community before opening.
