Natural Retreats in Park City, UT is hiring an Operations Coordinator to support Maintenance and Housekeeping in daily administration. You will manage work orders, verify charges for month-end, and keep owner statements accurate while coordinating with the management team.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, proficient in basic computer tools, and can handle multiple tasks with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in technology such as smartphones.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and invoicing.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Enter and close work orders daily.
• Verify all charges posted for month end.
• Post charges and reconcile owner statements before monthly deadline.
• Schedule pre-audit of owner statements with Maintenance Manager.
• Verify inventories are completed by the due date and reported to accounting.
• Ensure business license applications and renewals are filed annually.
• Communicate emergency/unscheduled repairs to management.
• Assist maintenance technicians in ordering supplies.
• Maintain records and inventory for the vehicle fleet.
