Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations hands-on; assist with serving, hosting, cooking as needed.
• Monitor front and back-of-house during peak hours and ensure schedules are followed.
• Ensure staff presence, communicate services, prices, dress codes, and follow recipes and procedures.
• Oversee cash handling during shifts and perform inventory at shift start/end.
• Provide administrative supervision; authorize clock-in/out; report staff performance to supervisors.
