You will coordinate calendars, assist with vendor communications, answer inquiries, learn hospitality standards, and contribute to a warm, welcoming guest

Qualifications

• Must be organized, professional, service‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or office administration is preferred; Associate degree or coursework is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative & Operational Support across calendars, records, and documentation.
• Support hospitality and guest experiences by serving as a welcoming first contact and assisting with inquiries.
• Assist in community engagement, employee programs, and marketing efforts to promote the property and culture.
