Randstad USA in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Non-Gaming Operations Controller to lead non-gaming accounting, daily revenue audit, and financial reconciliations for a high-volume resort and casino property. This on-site role bridges executive financial strategy with hands-on audit execution and oversees a team to ensure timely daily reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial accounting experience.
• Experience in hospitality or casino accounting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Direct daily non-gaming accounting, general ledger balancing, and revenue audit reconciliations across hotel, F&B, and retail outlets.
• Calculate, prepare, and verify municipal and state tax filings, including HOT and sales/use taxes; audit and reconcile tenant leases and licenses.
• Supervise and lead an operational audit department of ~16 staff, including 2 Audit Managers and a Project Manager; ensure daily reporting deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve ledger discrepancies across 10+ POS platforms, payment gateways, PMS systems, and comp networks; streamline tie-outs.
• Partner on ERP modernization and Workday transition; develop standardized workflows and reduce redundancies.
