Job summary

Stratton Amenities is seeking a professional Security Associate to maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors and staff at our Nashville property. You will patrol on foot, respond to alarms, greet guests, and provide escorts as needed while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and prior security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Neat and professional appearance required.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently on site.
• Previous security guard experience preferred.
• Stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to read procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and well-being of residents and employees.
• Provides high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Patrols the facility on foot.
• Handles security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Answers phones using established etiquette.
• Greets guests and employees cheerfully.
• Maintains effective relationships with client staff and guests.
• Responds to alarms and notifies relevant departments.
• Responds to apartment calls.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
• Assists residents and visitors entering and exiting vehicles.
• Performs security lock procedures on apartments.
• Conducts interior and exterior rounds of Westminster property.
• Provides escorts to and from parking areas.
