The position requires hands-on leadership and collaboration across properties. Ideal candidates have a marketing-related degree and 3–5 years hospitality marketing experience, with proficiency in Canva, WordPress, Google Ads/Analytics, and social media management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tourism.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and content development.

Responsibilities

• Drive traffic to hotel and restaurants via marketing plans including ads, emails, website features, local events, programming, and sponsorships.
• Manage multiple local PR agencies to raise property awareness.
• Manage organic social media accounts, create content, oversee calendars, engage with community.
• Support promotions with copywriting and design for promotional materials; oversee larger design projects with external agencies.
• Measure and report performance of campaigns against ROI and KPIs.
• Travel up to 25% to support events and meetings.
