Job summary

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking Market Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in the resort marketplace. You will prepare and serve food and espresso beverages, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality or customer service background, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or customer service background preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Prepare and serve food, beverages, and other menu items according to standards.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory and replenish products as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Keep workstations and dining areas clean and guest-ready.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Support marketplace operations to achieve service and performance goals.
