Job summary

Humxn is seeking remote experts to review guest conversations with an AI concierge and booking assistant. You will assess whether the guest was helped, evaluate tone, and suggest better front-desk responses. This is paid per hour with flexible scheduling.

You can contribute between 10 and 25 hours per week, work remotely on your own schedule, and receive payments via Stripe after verification. Prior hospitality leadership or front-of-house experience is valued for this role.
