As a hospitality manager, you will be an operations leader heading up a broad scope of hospitality functions: room preparation, facilities management, guest experience, and team management. The hospitality Manager’s management and leadership play a pivotal role in creating great guest experiences and satisfied property owners.

What You'll Do:

1. Consistently deliver an incredible guest experience by preparing accommodations, managing housekeeping, inventory, service providers, bookings, resolving guest requests, and inspecting rooms.
2. Maintain positive relationships with property managers, ensure guest compliance, and coordinate small intrabuilding moves.
3. Maximize uptime of accommodations and manage costs effectively.

What You Need:

1. Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel operations.
2. Passion for systems, teamwork, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Proficiency with productivity software like Google Docs or Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
6. Residence onsite (Housing Provided).
