Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, property management, facilities, or related environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and basic building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and determine solutions.
• Ability to complete routine repairs independently while knowing when escalation is needed.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in vacation homes, amenities, facilities, and common areas.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, windows, carpentry, and building components.
• Complete work orders accurately and safely per standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify issues before impacting guests or operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and property issues and determine next steps.
• Assist with minor installations and property improvement projects.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
