Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and systems.
• Handle routine repairs such as drywall, painting, caulking, and furniture assembly.
• Monitor pool, exterior grounds, and parking lot upkeep.
• Inspect fire safety equipment and exits per Marriott standards.
• Assist guests with requests and basic in-room fixes.
