Qualifications

• Must be competent in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, masonry, etc.

Responsibilities

• Repairing deficiencies in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Maintaining functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facility, and offices.
• Working with local fire safety personnel to ensure fire safety system is working properly.
• Being a team player by assisting and encouraging teammates.
