Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintains exterior cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including trash, sweeping, and outdoor furniture.
• Maintains interior cleanliness and appearance, including trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and furniture arrangement.
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
