Job summary

Seabrook is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive tasks across guest homes, ensuring repairs, cleanliness and timely supply replenishment for arrivals. You will help maintain high standards and deliver friendly, professional interactions with guests and homeowners.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, responding to requests, handling minor repairs, keeping maintenance records, assisting with pool and hot tub upkeep, troubleshooting Wi‑Fi, and supporting safe

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant experience.
• 1–3 years experience in hospitality or property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check required.
• Weekend, holiday and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect homes to standard.
• Respond to guest/homeowner requests or concerns.
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, basic electrical).
• Keep accurate maintenance records, inspections, repairs and replacements.
• Assist with pool maintenance and hot tub servicing.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi issues to ensure connectivity.
• Clean and remove trash around town and homes.
• Bundle and distribute firewood to homes and surrounding areas.
• Ensure supply carts/trucks are cleaned, stocked and maintained daily.
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Adhere to uniform standards and safety guidelines.
• Communicate information proactively within the department and organization.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures; address hazards.
• Adhere to schedules and work all assigned shifts.
