Job summary

Seabrook Land Company is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure guest homes remain in excellent repair and are prepared for arrivals. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across properties, while providing friendly and professional interactions with guests and homeowners.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely communication, and adherence to safety guidelines. Weekend/evening availability may be required for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes to standard and perform inspections.

• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical).
• Keep accurate maintenance records for inspections and repairs.
• Assist with pool maintenance and hot tub servicing.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues to ensure guest connectivity.
