Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, laundry, and mechanical equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests and service calls.
• Maintain logs, work orders, and repair records.
