Technical / Role-Specific Requirements

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, laundry, and mechanical equipment
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and service calls
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform corrective repairs
• Maintain hotel grounds, public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house facilities
• Perform painting, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks as needed
• Conduct daily inspections of building systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety, fire, health, and environmental regulations
• Assist with emergency situations, including power outages, water leaks, and equipment failures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair records
• Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives
• Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to provide exceptional guest service.

Engineering:

• Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems
• Relevant certifications or licenses preferred

Education (Optional / Adjustable)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
