Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience or 2+ years in building maintenance preferred.
• General understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools safely.
• Able to perform painting, woodworking, and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance of hotel facilities.
• Respond to repair needs and troubleshoot equipment and building systems.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper operation of engineering tools and spaces.
• Complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.
