First Chair Destinations in Conway, NH is seeking a meticulous Linen Specialist to operate commercial washers and dryers, sorting and organizing linens for our vacation properties and ensuring laundry is clean, stocked, and ready for guest turns.

We value reliability, comfort with mobile apps and tablets, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays to support guest needs and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Laundry and linen services experience a bonus; training possible.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and apps.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Clear communication and collaborative teamwork in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial washers and dryers to clean and sort linens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
• Receive deliveries and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Sort, fold, label, and organize linens for guest turnover.
• Prepare supplies for pickup and assist with on-site needs.
• Use chemicals and tools per company standards and report hazards.
• Attend mandatory meetings and support team goals.
• Other duties as assigned in a hospitality environment.
