First Chair Destinations in Conway, AR is seeking a Linen Specialist to operate commercial washers and dryers, sort and organize linens, and support guest-ready linens for vacation rentals. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork within a hospitality setting.

Shifts vary weekly, with weekends and holidays potentially required. Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with 20–30 hours per week and payroll deductions applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Previous laundry/linen service experience is a plus but training available.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial washers/dryers and clean, sort, fold, and organize linens to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
• Receive deliveries and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Sort, fold, label, and prepare items for pickup or delivery.
• Observe safety and report hazards; attend meetings as required.
