Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management experience, depending on the level of management position.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong understanding of labor management, cost of goods, budgeting, and operational performance.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OpenTable, TripleSeat, and restaurant POS systems; Toast experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and entertainment operations with energy, professionalism, and accountability.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every guest.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
• Build strong teams and help develop future leaders within the organization.
• Lead high-volume shifts with confidence, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Maintain exceptional standards for food, beverage, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and overall execution.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Effectively manage labor, cost of goods, and other controllable operating expenses.
• Maintain and strengthen a positive, performance-driven company culture.
• Partner with fellow managers, culinary leadership, and company leadership to continuously improve operations.
