Cracker Barrel is looking for a Restaurant Associate Manager who leads people and stores operations to deliver guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be a people leader, manage front- and back-of-house duties, and rely on home office support to succeed every day.

We value hospitality, flexibility to work 50 hours, weekends, and holidays, and a caring attitude. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

• As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
