You will hire, train, and coach staff while driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• Experience with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar systems strongly preferred.

• Lead, inspire, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest interactions on every visit.
