20four7VA is seeking a remote lead-generation specialist to identify hospitality decision-makers, conduct outbound calls, and schedule coffee-tasting appointments.

Contract role for 20 hours per week with PST windows; training provided and weekly payments are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Previous lead generation, outbound calling, or appointment setting experience required.
• Strong phone communication and ability to follow structured sales processes.
• CRM experience preferred; hospitality or B2B sales experience is a plus.
