What You'll Do
  • Build strong patient relationships with a high degree of compassion and connection
  • Educate and address questions about Serenity's life-changing treatment options
  • Help patients feel comfortable getting scheduled to start their healing journeys
  • Learn and be willing to fill in for other clinic roles as needed
What You Need
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience
  • Experience in the following roles have translated well: orthopedic, dental or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (autism, muscular dystrophy, etc.), professional tutoring, personal coaches, and high-end restaurant servers
