Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel professionally and handle guest interactions ethically.
• Follow safety protocols and notify management in emergencies.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
• Sort, wash, dry and fold linen; remove stained items for mending or extra cleaning.
• Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues.
• Stock and organize laundry/linen areas and cleaning supplies.
• Assist housekeeping with linen/terry tasks and cart stocking.
• Gain knowledge of property to answer guest questions effectively.
• Apply hotel safety procedures to keep guests and staff safe.
• Inform supervisor of significant issues for prompt action.
