Responsibilities

• Scrape food from dirty dishes and load onto racks for the dishwashing machine.
• Operate the dishwashing machine with proper rack stacking and presoaking of silverware.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand to keep the kitchen clean.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors regularly; clean up wet spills promptly to maintain safety.
• Clean walls, tables, racks, sinks, mats, and disposal areas; polish stainless surfaces.
• Ensure equipment is maintained by cleaning ovens, hoods, filters, drains, and vents.
• Restock paper towels and soap in all kitchen areas for hygiene.
• May assist in the Back Aisle position to support the team.
• Use silver-det tarnishing equipment to maintain shine of silverware.
